Last weekend, our company organized a refreshing and memorable company retreat to Sanqing Mountain and Wuyuan, two of Jiangxi Province’s most famous scenic destinations. Unlike our usual business trips filled with meetings and schedules, this journey came with no work requirements at all — just an opportunity for everyone to relax, unwind, and enjoy a well-deserved break.

The journey began with an exploration of Sanqing Mountain, known for its stunning granite peaks, clouds drifting over ancient pines, and serene natural beauty. From the heights of Sanqing, the team continued on to Wuyuan, often called “the most beautiful countryside in China.” The picturesque villages, peaceful rivers, and autumn colors created a perfect setting for reflection and connection. Without the usual work-related discussions or deadlines, colleagues from different departments had the chance to chat freely, share personal stories, and discover new sides of one another.
This kind of inter-department interaction is invaluable. In our daily operations, departments like sales, operations, documentation, and customer service work closely to deliver seamless logistics solutions. A trip like this strengthens mutual understanding and trust, which in turn enhances collaboration back in the office.
